In 1995 Steve Mode and Roger Hornback established Foothills Homes with a single goal in mind: a determination to eliminate the problems customers experience in building a new home.

After many years of industry and construction experience, Steve and Roger had seen all the mistakes that could be made and they understood the pressures the home owner faced. Foothills Homes would be different.

The key to Foothills Homes success would prove to be building a team of dedicated professionals who shared their vision. That same team remains committed to date, virtually eliminating the problems associated with home construction.

As a result , Foothills Homes has been chosen by their manufacturer, R-Anell Housing Group Gold Medal, as the number one Home Center for six of the past nine years. Additionally, both Steve and Roger have received the honor and recognition of being inducted into R-Anell's President's Hall of Fame.
