Bruce has over 20yrs of experience in the modular housing industry. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S. in mathematics and having worked as an industrial engineer along with his expertise of floor plans and modular construction has earned him the appreciation of countless homeowners.

A dedicated family man, Bruce and his college sweetheart, Julie, have been happily married for over 25 years. Living in a modular home along with their four daughters, Bruce understands the needs and expectations people are looking for in modular construction.

An avid collector of antiques and vintage memorabilia, Bruce appreciates the quality and craftsmanship of a job done right. He extends a warm, southern invite to visit him and enjoy an old-time chat in his office done up like the general stores you use to go to with your grandpap and enjoy a coke for under a dime.
